At Levone, we are committed to delivering premium luxury fragrances crafted with precision and care. Due to the delicate and personal nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 7-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.
Unfortunately, after 7 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept return or refund requests.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and unopened

The product must be in its original sealed packaging

The product must be in resalable condition

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered perfumes cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during shipping

Defective
-
Incorrect item
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a claim, please email:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once verified, we will offer:

Replacement of the same product (subject to availability),
OR -
Refund to the original payment method
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Opened or used perfumes

Items without original packaging
-
Sale or discounted items
-
Gift cards (if applicable)
5. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:

The product must be shipped back to our designated address.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.) -
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer / Card / Wallet).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, customers must provide accurate bank account details for refund processing.
Levone is not responsible for incorrect banking information provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
7. Right to Refuse Returns
Levone reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
We also reserve the right to deny returns in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed in accordance with applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws of Pakistan.
